John H. Best Jr., 52, passed away Sept. 15, 1997, at a local hospital.
Mr. Best was born Sept. 2, 1945 in Philadelphia, Pa., the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Best. He was the owner and operator of the Best Bike Shop for 40 years.
Survivors include his loving wife, Patty A. Best; a sister, Patricia A. Ward of Virginia Beach; and three brothers, Jim L. Best of California, Richard D. Best of Chesapeake, and Mike A. Best of Virginia Beach.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the American Diabetes Association and Plaza Fire and Rescue. Altmeyer Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Services will be held at a later date. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
