CESARINA VIVANTE

A tribute to Cesarina Vivante, in celebration of her life and faith. Cesarina Vivante, the widow of Benjamin Ernesto Vivante, was born in Alexandria, Egypt, Sept. 7, 1911, and was called home to heaven on Sept. 17, 1997, ten days after celebrating her 86th birthday.

Cesarina's strength, courage, compasion, zest for life, and faith in God will continue to be an inspiration to everyone who knew and loved her. She had been an active member of the Jewish Community Center Golden Age Club, the 21st Street Senior Citizens Center and Hadassah.

She is survived by two daughters and their husbands; Mireille and Nicholas Peluso, Gisele and Richie ``Mac'' McAdoo; three grandaughters and their husbands, Michelle and John Warner Jr., Brigitte and Eric McCormack, Theresa and Brent Kenny; and three great-grandsons, John George Warner III, Christopher Michael Warner, Johsua Benjamin Kenny; and a caring friend, Cynthia Grant-Owens. She will be greatly missed.

We will try to uphold her example of faith, love, compasion, and generosity, we love you, Mamy, Mom, Grandmother, Me'me', Cesi. Go with God.

Home-going services will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to homeless shelters in her name.
