Charlie Major McCray Jr., 38, died Sept. 18, 1997.
A native of Norfolk, he was a landscaper.
Survivors include his father, Charlie Major McCray Sr., and stepmother, Charlotte D. McCray, both of Virginia Beach; a sister, Stephanie of Roanoke, Va.; a brother, Vernon Woodell of Monterey, Va.; aunt, Judith of McDowell, Va.; uncle, Henry Taylor of Virginia Beach; special friends, Mrs. Vogler, and her daughter, Kathy of Norfolk. He was preceded in death by a stepmother, Judy Taylor.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Riverside Memorial Park by the Rev. Ernest L. Trueblood. The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, from noon to 2 p.m. Sunday. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
