``Teen Angel''

Cast: Mike Damus, Corbin Allred, Jordan Brewer, Maureen McCormick, Conchata Ferrell and John Amos.

Concept: Teen-ager eats scaggy cheeseburger he finds under his friend's bed - along with corn chips - dies and ends up in heaven, where he's given a return ticket to Earth by the divine ``Head.'' His job is to be a professional guardian angel.

Mini-review: If this sitcom made the ABC schedule, I'd hate to see the rejects. Sample dialogue: ``That's a smooth move, Ex-Lax.'' This wretched half-hour should put an end to America's fascination with angels. Wasted in this mess is excellent character actress Ferrell and McCormick (of ``The Brady Bunch'') as a sexy sitcom mom. 1/2 (of a possible five). ILLUSTRATION: Color photo
