A changing of the judicial guard
Judge Joseph P. Massey was sworn in as the Juvenile and Domestic
Relations Court Judge at the Norfolk Circuit Court Friday afternoon.
He replaces Lester V. Moore, who retired after serving 22 years on
the bench.
