AT RIGHT: The Sunrise Hills civic league honored police officer

George W. Razor Jr. at its meeting Tuesday night at the Greater Zion

Baptist Church in Campostella Square. Residents of the South Norfolk

neighborhood presented the community policing officer with a plaque

for his work in the community. ``Anytime an officer can become an

intricate part of the community . . . it's a win-win situation,''

said Sunrise Hills President Harry D. Powell Jr. ABOVE: Before the
