HENRY B. DOZIER JR.

Henry B. Dozier Jr. of the 300 block of Dexter St., died Sept. 29, 1997, in his residence.

Born in Norfolk, he was a retired project manager for Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Bute St., where he participated in the Chancel Choir and The Men's League. Mr. Dozier was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a Mason with Rising Sun Lodge No. 2.

Survivors include his wife, Lucy Dozier; a daughter, Phyllis Diane Moats; four sons, Leonard Dozier, Donald Dozier, Brian Dozier and Raymond Moats; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Friday in First Baptist Church, Bute St., by Dr. Robert G. Murray. Graves Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. ILLUSTRATION: Photo KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
