WILLIE L. VICK

Willie Lee Vick of the 1300 block of 22nd St. died Sept. 28, 1997, in Chesapeake Health Care Center.

Born in Wilson, N.C., he was a laborer for the Hub Furniture Co., Chesapeake, for 49 years before retirement. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Mr. Vick was the widower of Naomi D. Vick.

Survivors include four daughters, Aretha Washington and Carolyn Dodson of Chesapeake, Linda Lewis of Florida and Dottie Jackson of Philadelphia; three sons, Thomas Davis, Warren Davis, Ernest Davis, all of Chesapeake; a sister, Jannie Vick Powell of Wilson; three brothers, Ernest Vick, John Vick, Joe Vick of Wilson; 15 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.

A funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Friday in Deliverance Tabernacle, 916 Middle St., South Hill, Chesapeake, by the Rev. James H. Johnson. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Norfolk. Fitchett Funeral Home is handling arrangements. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
