Richard Leroy ``Ricky'' Haskins, 42, of the 3200 block of Knox St., died Sept. 30, 1997. A native of Portsmouth, he was a maintenance worker.
Survivors include his mother, Irene Haskins; father, William T. Haskins; stepmother, Ida Haskins; two sisters, Vivian D. Futrell and Dorothy P. Smith; seven brothers, William T. Haskins Jr., Charles L. Haskins, James R. Haskins, Michael L. Haskins, Samuel Haskins, Larry C. Haskins and Glenn Haskins; and a host of devoted relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Saturday in Metropolitan Funeral Service Chapel, Norfolk, by the Rev. Joseph Lassiter. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. The family will assemble at 3217 Knox St., Portsmouth, at 11 a.m. Saturday for the funeral procession to the chapel. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
