WILLIAM T. WESTBROOK III

William T. ``Billy'' Westbrook III, 36, of the 2200 block of South St., died Oct. 1, 1997, in the 900 block of Tazewell St.

Born in Portsmouth, he was a fuel-line assembler for U.S.U.I. International and had been employed there for four years. He attended New First Baptist Church, Taylorsville.

Survivors include his father, William T. Westbrook Jr. of Portsmouth; two sisters, Valerie DeCosta and Angela Westbrook, both of Portsmouth; a brother, Byron E. Westbrook of Troy, Ala.; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends. He was predeceased by his mother, Eunice P. Westbrook.

A funeral will be at noon Tuesday in New First Baptist Church, Taylorsville, Portsmouth, by the Rev. T.M. Steele. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. Viewing at Corprew Funeral Home will begin at 10 a.m. Monday. The family will be at the funeral home from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday. The body will be taken to the church at 11 a.m. Monday.
