Mrs. Audrey Barnette Davis, 69, of the 1400 block of Oakcrest Drive died Oct.4, 1997.
Born in Pewsey, England, she was a member of Miles Memorial United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Glen Davis of Norfolk; a daughter, Pauline Allen of Hampton; her mother, Violet Sandford Lovegrove, and stepfather, Bert Lovegrove, of Wiltshire, England; two sisters, Iris Pope of England and Valerie Parker of Norfolk; a grandchild, Lisa Allen of Newport News; and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held at 11 a.m. Monday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by the Rev. Morris E. Bennett. Burial will be private. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the American Lung Association. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
