MARY K. RITTER

Mrs. Mary Kelly Ritter, 57, a resident of the Nursing Center at Oak Summit and formerly of Pittsburgh, Pa. died Monday, Oct. 6, 1997 at the Center.

Born March 1, 1940, she was the daughter of Dr. James B. Kelly and Dr. Alice LeBaron Kelly.

Mrs. Ritter is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Maria Patterson and husband, Robert, of Trinity, N.C. and Mrs. Jennifer Bradley and husband, Robin, of New Bern, N.C.; three sons, David Ritter II and wife, Tammye, of High Point, Stephen Ritter and wife, LaDonna, of Trinity and Petty Officer, 2nd Class, Sean Paul Ritter and wife, Amy, of HM-14 Naval Air Station, Norfolk; the children's father, David Ritter I of Greensboro, N.C.; a sister, Mrs. Jane Kelly Donohue of Chesapeake; two brothers, Gerald Lynn Kelly of San Jose, Calif. and Robert Kelly of New Castle, Pa.; and 11 grandchildren. Mrs. Ritter was predeceased by a brother, Dr. James L. Kelly, a grandson, Stephen B. Ritter, and a nephew, Michael J. Kelly.

Mary will be forever the symbol of love, courage and indomitable spirit. She will be int he hearts of her family and friends forever.

A Memorial Mass will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday in St. Benedicts Catholic Church, Winston-Salem, by Fr. Lawrence J. Hunt S.J. and Fr. Conall McHugh, OSM Conv. At other times the family will be at the residence of Robert and Maria Patterson, 4874 Colonial Circle, Trinity. Memorials may be directed to Multiple Sclerosis Society National, 2302 W.
