CHESAPEAKE MAN, BROTHER ATTACKED ON N.H. COURSE

SANBORNTON, N.H. - Police say a round of golf turned violent when two golfers attacked players on the hole ahead of them for refusing to let them play through

Michael Moosik, 28, of Quincy, Mass., is charged with striking Mark McLean of Concord in the head with a golf club Saturday afternoon. If convicted, he faces 7 1/2 to 15 years in prison. Police said he ran away from the golf course and was arrested Sunday on a warrant.

Steven Fleenor, 40, of Sanbornton, is charged with pushing McLean's brother, Brian McLean of Chesapeake, Va. He faces a year in jail.

Police said the men thought the McLeans were playing too slowly and grew violent after the McLeans refused to allow them to play through. KEYWORDS: ASSAULT ARREST
