VIRGINIA M. MOORE

Virginia May Moore, 91, died Oct. 7, 1997, in a local hospital.

Born in Norfolk, she was the widow of Luther D. Moore. She was a member of Cradock Presbyterian Church and a past member of the ladies division of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers.

Survivors include a son, L.D. Moore and wife, Vina L. Moore, of Chesapeake; a grandson, Dwight D. Moore and wife, Nancy, of Bluefield, Va.; and two great-grandchildren, Robert D. Moore and Valerie Moore.

A funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Friday in Snellings Funeral Home, George Washington Hwy. Chapel, by the Rev. Richard W. Lovingood. Burial will be in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. today in the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to Cradock Presbyterian Church. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
