Willie Eugene ``Champ'' Branch, 28, of the 600 block of Lake Edward Drive died Oct. 8, 1997, in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. He was born in Norfolk.
Survivors include his mother, Thomasine L. Branch and father, Willie E. Branch Sr.; a brother, William T. Branch; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Willie E. Branch; and a host of relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Monday in Bethany Baptist Church, Campostella Road, Chesapeake, by the Rev. Jake Manley. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Hale Funeral Home is in charge. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
