Ella Mae Griffin, 90, died Oct. 10, 1997, in Obici Hospital.
A native of Nansemond County, she was a daughter of the late Richard E. and Nettie Jane Parker Griffin. She was a member of Cypress Chapel Christian Church and the Nettie Harrell Bible Class.
Survivors include nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in Cypress Chapel Christian Church Cemetery by the Rev. John R. Kimball. Memorial donations may be made to the Cypress Chapel Christian Church, 1891 Cypress Chapel Road, Suffolk, Va. 23438. R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
