Kathleen Caton Rudolph, 98, died Oct. 12, 1997, in a nursing home.
She was born Sept. 28, 1899. A native of New Bern, N.C., she was the daughter of the late George A. and Johnny Monk Caton. She was the widow of Joseph John Rudolph. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She attended Notre Dame, Baltimore, Md., and Smithdeal Business College, Richmond.
She is survived by a daughter, Mary Kathleen White of Norfolk; a son, Joseph George Rudolph of Chesapeake; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Wednesday in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery by Father Dorgan. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church Soup Kitchen, 520 Graydon Ave., Norfolk, Va. 23507.
