Owens J. Bell, 41, of the 1200 block of Roosevelt Blvd. died Oct. 8, 1997.
He was employed with Dominion Terminal in Newport News.
Survivors include a son, Tarryl A. Sturgis; two sisters, Edna Cannon and Paulette Petion; a brother, Daniel Bell; two grandchildren; and his companion, Hope Holley.
A funeral will be held Thursday in Young Funeral Home, Milford, Del. The family will be at Fisher Funeral Home from 6 to 7 p.m. today. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
