BEULAH T. FLEMING

Beulah Lee Twitty Fleming, 86, of the 3000 block of Perrone Ave. died Oct. 11, 1997, in DePaul Medical Center.

Born in Norfolk, she was the widow of Thomas Twitty. She was an administrative assistant and a member of First Church of Deliverance II, Portsmouth, and formerly a member of First Baptist Church Lamberts Point, Norfolk.

Survivors include her husband, Lorenzo R. Fleming; a daughter, Agatha Johnson of Norfolk; three grandchildren, Lindsay M. Johnson of Houston, Texas, Pamela Johnson of Chesapeake, Valorie Johnson of Norfolk; six great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild; a host of nieces and nephews including Norfolk Police Capt. Rudolph (Barbara) Burwell of Norfolk; cousins, in-laws and friends.

A funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Wednesday in First Church of Deliverance II, Portsmouth, by the Rev. Emanuel Sexton. Burial will be in Lincoln Memorial Cemetery, Portsmouth. Viewing at Corprew Funeral Home will begin at noon today. The body will be taken to the church at noon Wednesday. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
