Marie Locke Toarello, 95, died Oct. 12, 1997.

Born in Pittsburg, Pa., she retired as a salesperson for Macy's Department Store after 24 years of service. She was a Catholic.

Survivors include four daughters, Margaret Diorio of Towson, Md., Elizabeth Sciortino of Virginia Beach, Katherine Chorun of Stanhope, N.J., Alice Weyenberg of Manitowoc, Wis.; a son, James Toarello Jr. of Kendall Park, N.J.; 17 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by an infant daughter and a grandson, James Toarello III.

A funeral will be conducted at 4 p.m. Wednesday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, by Fr. Edward L. Richardson. Burial will be private. The family will be at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
