Kathryn Polyniak Balonis, 75, of Heritage Hall Nursing Home died Tuesday, Oct. 14, 1997.
Coming from Ranshaw, Pa., Mrs. Balonis was an area resident for 40 years. She was the wife of the late U.S. Navy Retired Chief Petty Officer John J. Balonis.
She was the mother of Gerald and John C. Balonis, both of Virginia Beach; sister of Nicholas Polyniak and Christine Horoshock, both of Ranshaw, Pa., and Helen Lauer of Shamokin, Pa.; and grandmother of Lisa Kathryn Balonis of Harrisonburg, Va.
Burial will be private in the Hampton National Cemetery. Kellum Funeral Home is handling arrangements. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
