CORRECTIONS

In a defamation lawsuit against Pat Robertson and Regent

University, a motion was filed to disqualify Robertson's law firm,

Huff Poole & Mahoney of Virginia Beach, because a witness, attorney

and Regent University graduate Robert F. McDonnell, is in the firm.

A story Friday about the case erroneously identified that attorney

as Robert L. O'Donnell. O'Donnell is an attorney with Vandeventer

Black Meredith & Martin, a Norfolk law firm representing Regent

University. However, O'Donnell is not involved in the case; also, he

is a graduate of the University of Virginia law school.

At an uncontrolled intersection, the driver on the right has the

right of way. A story Thursday on safety signs had an error.
