Charles E. ``Ta Ta'' Holland, 63, of the 500 block of Walker Ave. departed this life Oct. 17, 1997.
A native of Norfolk, he was a member of First Trinity A.M.E. Church, Chesapeake, and its senior choir. Mr. Holland was an Army veteran.
Survivors include a brother, Leroy Holland; a sister-in-law, Della Holland; two nieces, Evelyn and Sabra Holland; two nephews, Leroy Holland Jr. and Walter Holland; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. today in the chapel of Metropolitan Funeral Service, Norfolk, by the Rev. Linwood Daughtry. Burial will be in Hampton National Cemetery, Hampton. Family and friends will assemble at 503 Walker Ave., Norfolk, at noon for the procession to the chapel. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
