Rashid A. Penn, 21, of the 4900 block of Woosley St., died Oct. 19, 1997, in Woodstock, Va.
He was a college student at W.W.R.C.
He is survived by his mother, Ruth Penn, and his father, Dale S. Penn; a sister, Rishona A. Penn; grandparents, Clarena Todman, Eva Mae Bailey, Obel Penn, and great-grandmother, Rosita Frett. He is also survived by nine uncles, six aunts and numerous other relatives.
A funeral will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the Deaf Missionary Church by Pastor Daniel J. Dowdy and Assistant Pastor Egerton Small. Visitation will be held at the church from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. prior to the service. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
