JAMES P. CONROY

James P. Conroy, 59, died Oct. 22, 1997.

Born in Quincy, Mass., he retired six years ago as a U.S. Navy master chief with 32 years of service. He was a Catholic.

Survivors include his wife, Jeanette Conroy; four daughters, Patsy and Robbie of Ohio, Suzanne Fields of Manassas, Stephanie Smith of Norfolk; two sons, Sean Monts of Manassas and Steven Monts of Norfolk; a sister, Mary Donavon of Plymouth, Mass.; three brothers, John, Francis and Martin Conroy; 12 grandchildren; and a host of friends and relatives.

Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Liver Foundation, VFW or United Way. Van Horne Funeral Home, Lakeview, Ohio, is in charge of arrangements. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
