PHYLLIS H. NELSON

Phyllis Hurst Nelson, 55, of the 2100 block of Kendall Circle died Oct. 23, 1997, in a Virginia Beach hospital.

Mrs. Nelson was born in Norfolk, and had been a resident of Virginia Beach most of her life. She was the widow of Jack W. Nelson and the daughter of the late Patty Greene Hurst and Selie W. Hurst. Mrs. Nelson was a Realtor for the past 15 years and had been with Long and Foster Realty for the last two years. She was the top sales person for the Long and Foster Great Neck office for the last two months.

Survivors include her two sons, James Mathew Levister and his wife, Shannon Hurst, and James Bradford Levister, all of Hampton; her sister, Deborah Hurst Holland and her husband, Ronnie Holland, of Stokesdale, N.C.; two brothers, W.L. ``Bill'' Hurst and his wife, Debbie Hurst, and Doug Hurst, all of Virginia Beach; and many dear friends.

A chapel service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Sunday at H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel, by the Rev. Mark Delcuze. Memorial donations may be made to Virginia Beach Rescue Squad, P.O.
