WARDELL EDWARDS JR.

Wardell Edwards Jr. of the 700 block of Sendero Court died Oct. 22, 1997, inNorfolk.

Born in Norfolk, he graduated from the School for the Deaf and Blind, Hampton. He was born to Wardell Edwards Sr. and the late Fruzie Edwards.

Survivors also include two sisters, Wanda Rogers and Tonya Hughes; three brothers, Clarence Mason, Fernando Mason and Kevin Williams; maternal grandparents, Cleties and Isabella Welch; and mother, Marion Edwards; and a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

A funeral will be conducted at noon Monday in Greater Mount Zion Baptist Church by Dr. Donald Taylor. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Friends may join the family at the residence. The remains will be taken to the church at 10 a.m. the day of the service. Graves Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
