Police have arrested a Norfolk man in connection with the triple homicide in Ocean View Sept. 16.
Kelvin D. ``Say'' Hudson, 25, was arrested Monday night and charged with capital murder, murder and two counts of using a firearm. He appeared for an arraignment in General District Court Tuesday morning.
The triple homicide occurred in the 9600 block of 15th Bay St. near Pleasant Avenue during a shootout that appeared to be drug-related. Police issued murder warrants for Hudson and Koran Raysor last week. Raysor has not been arrested. KEYWORDS: SHOOTING ARREST MURDER DRUGS ILLEGAL
