William A. Wilson Sr. of the 1500 block of Back Bay Landing Road died Oct. 28, 1997.
Born in Princess Anne County, he was a member of Pleasant Ridge Church of Christ Disciples, Virginia Beach, and the Deacon Board. He was a retired employee of the City of Virginia Beach.
Survivors include a daughter, Sharon Simmons of Virginia Beach; a son, William A. Wilson Jr. of Virginia Beach; eight grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in Pleasant Ridge Church of Christ Disciples, Virginia Beach, by the Rev. Alberta Eason. Burial will be in church cemetery. Community Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
