DAVID A. WHITE SR.

David A. White Sr., 68, of the 300 block of Constance Woods Drive, died Nov. 1, 1997, in his residence.

A Suffolk native, he was owner of H.L. White and Son Sheetmetal Works Inc. and David A. White Real Estate Rentals. He was member of Bethlehem Christian Church, Suffolk, and a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.

Survivors include his wife, Lucille Beaton White; a son, David A. White Jr. and his wife, Nancy H. White, of Suffolk; two grandchildren, David Scott White of Suffolk, and Jennifer White King and her husband, Michael R. King, of Carrollton, Va. He was predeceased by his parents, Hazel Burch White and Henry Lee White.

A funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens Chapel with entombment in Meadowbrook Mausoleum. Family will receive friends today from 7 to 8 p.m. at Harrell Funeral Home and other times at 304 Constance Woods Drive. Memorials may be made to In Home Health Hospice, 542 E.
