Ruby K. Boaze, 87, died Nov. 1, 1997.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Norfolk and the church choir. She had retired as a secretary from the City of Norfolk.
Survivors include a cousin, James Boaze of Norfolk.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in First Baptist Church of Norfolk by the Rev. Larry White and the Rev. Dick Baker. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, from 7 to 9 p.m. today.
