NATALIO G. RESURRECCION

Natalio Gutierrez Resurreccion, 100, of the 1800 block of Rollis Road, died Nov. 1, 1997, in Portsmouth Naval Hospital.

Mr. Resurreccion, a native of Batangas, Philippine Islands, was retired from the U.S. Navy. He was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 993. He was the widower of Yvonne Yockel Resurreccion.

Survivors include a daughter, Yvonne R. Boyd of Chesapeake; two sons, J.N. Resurrection of Chesapeake and Baselio Resurreccion of Cincinnati, Ohio; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Richard L. Resurreccion.

A graveside funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Portsmouth Catholic Cemetery by the Rev. Joseph S. Slowik. The family will receive friends today from 7 to 8 p.m. at Foster Funeral Home, Portsmouth.
