Melvin O. Moore took his final trip swiftly to be with our Lord in the early hours on Oct. 31, 1997.
He leaves to mourn: his parents, Caleb Moore Sr. and Annie Smith Moore, both of Norfolk; two sisters, Marian Ford of Jamaica, N.Y., Linda Moore Foster of Norfolk; three brothers, Eugene Smith of Memphis, Tenn., Caleb Moore Jr. and Douglas Moore of Teaneck, N.J.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Wednesday in Faith Deliverance Christian Center by Elder Riley. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. today in Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake. ILLUSTRATION: Photo KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
