Bernard Ben Foreman, 67, died Nov. 4, 1997, in a Virginia Beach nursing home.
Mr. Foreman was a native of Norfolk. He was a member of Temple Emanuel in Virginia Beach.
Survivors include his wife, Rhea Diane Foreman; a son, Jeffrey Alan Foreman of Baltimore, Md.; a daughter, Julie Renee Scaff; a granddaughter, Megan Jeanette Scaff, both of Virginia Beach; and a sister, Sylvia Foreman Steinberg of Norfolk.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 6, 1997 at Forest Lawn Cemetery by Rabbi Elliott Marmon. Memorial donations may be made to the Tidewater Winds, c/o Sidney Berg, 4043 N. Witchduck Road, Virginia Beach, Va. 23455. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel, is handling arrangements.
