Odell A. Carter of the 2700 block of Ballentine Blvd. died Nov. 3, 1997, in a local hospital. She was born in Halifax, N.C.
Survivors include five daughters, Vanessa, Bonnie, Terry, Shelia and Sharon Carter; two sons, Reginald and Channing Carter; 12 grandchildren; four aunts; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Landora T. Morris and Lonnie Morris; and two sons, Trent E. and Jerry Carter.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday in Graves Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Lincoln Memorial Cemetery. Friends may join the family at the residence. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
