JEAN P. JAMIESON

Jean Peed Jamieson, 65, a native of Portsmouth died Thursday, Oct. 30, 1997, after suffering a massive stroke in Cocoa Beach, Fla.

She was the daughter of the late Horace C. and Annie Mary Whitfield Peed. Mrs. Jamieson was a 1950 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School and attended the Norfolk Division of the College of William and Mary/VPI. She was a former member of Jackson Memorial Baptist Church where she sang in the choir. At the time of her death, she was a member of Divine Mercy Catholic Church, Merritt Island, Fla.

Survivors include sons, Herbert Daniel of Alexandria, Va. and Ronald Daniel of Merritt Island, Fla.

Funeral services and interment were held Monday, Nov. 3, 1997, in Cocoa, Fla. In lieu of flowers, the family requests a contribution be made to the Shrine of St. Jude, 512 W. Saratoga St., Baltimore, Md. 21201-1896, or to a favorite charity. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
