EUGENE C. LYLE

Eugene Cecil Lyle, 52, of the 100 block of McCosh Drive died Nov. 8, 1997, ina Chesapeake hospital.

Mr. Lyle was born in Tampa, Fla., and was the son of Elizabeth Cecil Lyle of Roanoke and the late Joe B. Lyle. He had been a 25-year employee of Ford Motor Company and was a member of United Auto Workers No. 919.

Survivors include his wife, Lora Davis Lyle; his two daughters, Terry Annette Lyle and Nikki Lyle Ward of Chesapeake; and a sister, Mary Ann Russell.

A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Oman Funeral Home, Great Bridge, by the Rev. Ernie Trueblood. Interment will follow in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. There will be no public viewing. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
