Bessie Mastas Cohen of the 4000 block of Ocean's Condos died Saturday, Nov. 8, 1997, in her home.
Mrs. Cohen was a native of Athens, Greece. She was a member of the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Annunciation.
Survivors include her husband, Sol Cohen; a son, Dimitrios Svolos and his wife, Victoria of Athens, Greece; three sisters, Tassia M. Nikitas and Katina B. Hanges, both of Virginia Beach, and Maria Petrogianis of Athens; and two grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Annunciation by Father Constantine Rogakos. A Trisagion service will be conducted at 7 p.m. today in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel. Memorial donations may be made to the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Annunciation, 7220 Granby St., Norfolk, 23505. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
