Susie Ann West, 96, formerly of the 4700 block of County St., died Nov. 8, 1997.
A native of Gloucester, she was the widow of Charlie West. She retired from the Star Band Co. of Portsmouth.
Survivors include a daughter, Mildred Ann Outlaw, and a son, Charles E. West, both of Portsmouth; eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday in Oak Grove Cemetery by the Rev. Philip J. Parker. The family will receive friends at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and will also be at 2119 Colorado Ave., Portsmouth. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
