Roxie A. Dildy of the 500 block of Southgate Ave. died Nov. 11, 1997.
She was a member of New Saint John A.M.E. Church, Virginia Beach.
Survivors include two sons, Junius Hawkins and wife, Nancy, of Virginia Beach, and Earl Hawkins and wife, Annie, of Norfolk; a sister, Margaret Coleman of Chesapeake; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Saturday in New Saint John A.M.E. Church, Virginia Beach, by the Rev. E.H. Terrell. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Garden, Norfolk. Community Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is in charge. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
