DESTROYER BARRY WINS AWARDS

Lt. Grant Johnson, weapons officer on the destroyer Barry, reads the

names of previous winners of the Navy's Battenburg Cup on Thursday

at the Norfolk Naval Station. The Battenburg Cup is awarded for

overall excellence in fleet operations. The Barry, scheduled to

leave for the Middle East on Monday, won the Battenburg Cup as well

as the Arizona Cup, left, for being judged the Navy's best warship.
