Penny Sue Lamb, 41, died Friday Nov. 14, 1997.
She was a native of Boston, Mass. and a Peninsula resident for most of her life. The daughter of Nancy Lamb of Hampton and the late William Stanley Lamb, she was a retired teacher of the Hampton City Schools and a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Newport News.
A memorial service will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Sunday in Trinity United Methodist Church by the Rev. Gene C. Gee. Memorials may be made to the church, 228 26th, Newport News, Va. 23607, or Armstrong Fundamental Elementary School, 3401 Matoaka Road, Hampton, Va. 23661. Lawrence B. Wood Funeral Home is in charge.
