Annie Whitley Tingle, 91, of the 4100 block of Franklin Ave., died Nov. 14, 1997.
She was the widow of Alvin Ernest Tingle Jr. Born in Norfolk County, Mrs. Tingle attended Hope Chapel.
Survivors include two sons, Alvin E. Tingle III and Leonard B. Austin Sr., both of Chesapeake; a grandson, Leonard B. Austin Jr.; five great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Archie Austin and Thomas Condon, and a grandson, Michael Austin Sr.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Riverside Memorial Park by the Rev. G.F. Dalton. The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel, from 4 to 5 p.m. today and at the residence at all other times. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
