ROBERT L. MOORE

Robert Lee Moore, 74, of the 1100 block of Lancaster St. died Nov. 15, 1997, in Sentara Bayside Hospital, Virginia Beach.

He was born in Scotland Neck, N.C. and was a member of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, Norfolk. Mr. Moore was a retired utility specialist for City Water Works. He was the son of Vinnie Moore and William C. Moore.

Survivors include his wife, Rhoda Moore; two sisters, Cora Pittman of Norfolk, and Luvinie Wiggins of Scotland Neck; two brothers, William Crawford Moore and Linwood Moore, both of Scotland Neck; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his son, George Lee Moore.

A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, 525 Dinwiddie St., Norfolk, by Pastor I. Joseph Williams. Burial will be in Family Cemetery, Littleton, N.C. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake. The body will be placed in church at 9 a.m. the day of the service. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
