George Bufogle, 75, of the 3500 block of Riverwood Crescent died Nov. 19, 1997, in his residence.
Born in New Brunswick, N.J., he had retired from the U.S. Navy after 21 years of service. He had also retired from civil service. He was a member of Naval Security Group Activity, Northwest, Catholic Chapel.
Survivors include his wife, Mary J. Bufogle; a son, Frederick M. Bufogle of Chesapeake; three sisters, Geraldine Sawyer of Florida, Marie Musipapa of New Jersey and Elizabeth Stoner of New York; a brother, Irving Bufogle of New Jersey; and three grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Naval Security Group Activity, Northwest, Catholic Chapel by Fr. Edward L. Richardson. Burial will be private. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel, is in charge of arrangements. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
