Margery Larson Mead died Oct. 18, 1997.
She was born in Minneapolis, Minn. in 1921 and moved to the D.C. area during the 40s. She was a homemaker for many years and went on to work as a correspondence clerk at the Library of Congress in Washington. She retired in 1983.
Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Harry Mead; a sister; two brothers; a son, Harry Jr.; daughters, Kia Chapman, Cindi Sasaki, Linda Allgood; and two grandchildren, Maximum and Indigo Allgood.
Entombment will be at 9 a.m. Monday in Arlington National Cemetery. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
