Katherine Dean Richardson, 65, of the 2700 block of Peartree Road, died Nov. 19, 1997.
She was a native of Elizabeth City and retired from the civil service.
Survivors include a daughter, Margie Dean Smith of San Antonio, Texas; a son, Gene Ray Jennings of Chesapeake; father, John Tita of Virginia Beach; a sister, Charlotte Mundt of Elizabeth City; six grandsons; and a granddaughter.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Paul D. Moore. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, from 6 to 8 p.m. today. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
