Frank H. Ford, 76, died Nov. 21, 1997, at Sentara Nursing Center.
Born in Norfolk, he had retired from the U.S. Navy after 37 years of service. Mr. Ford was a World War II veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Solange Ford; three sons, Ray Ford and his wife, Pam, of Chesapeake, James Ford and his wife, Cynthia, of Chesapeake, and Floyd Ford and his wife, Susie, of North Carolina; a sister, Frances Hayes of Norfolk; and six grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in Woodlawn Funeral Home. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
