Kenneth Edward Beaman Sr., 58, passed away in a local hospital Nov. 20, 1997.
He was a past member of Sandbridge Ruritan Club and a Baptist by faith. He was predeceased by his father, Jefferson Pollard Beaman.
Survivors include his loving wife, Barbara Walters Beaman; his mother, Bertha J. Beaman of North Carolina; son, Kenneth E. Beaman Jr. of Virginia Beach; a sister, Diane Tyndel of Walstonburg, N.C.; and four brothers, Jarvis Beaman of Windel, N.C., Phillip Beaman of Tarboro, N.C., Thomas Beaman of Fort Worth, Texas, and Glen Beaman of Fayetteville, N.C.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. today in Altmeyer Funeral Home, Virginia Beach, by the Rev. Terry Beck. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Virginia Beach Rescue Squad, 740 Virginia Beach Blvd., Virginia Beach, Va. 23451. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
