Hilda H. Bailey, 69, of the 900 block of Haledon Road died Nov. 25, 1997, in her residence. She was born in Ahoskie, N.C.
Survivors include her husband, Samuel S. Bailey Jr.; a daughter, Carolyn J. Bailey of Richmond; a son, Samuel S. Bailey III of Suffolk; two sisters, Dorothy Jones of West Virginia and Patricia Kinsey of Virginia; and two granddaughters, Stacy Bailey of Newport News and Tiffany Bailey of Suffolk.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens by the Rev. John Reese. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel, is in charge. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
